v0.6 Notes


Hello DungeonSweepers!

Make way for another patch! With this update, I'm starting to feel like a lot of the design space is being filled so if anyone has an interesting concept they think can make the game better, please help me out and bring my attention to it. This patch brings a bit of content and some QoL. See notes below:

General

  • Achievements can now unlock items in the shop. 
    • Some previously unrestricted items have been locked behind achievements, but new items have also been added for this purpose.
  • Unlocking a Class will now show a Toast.
  • Unlocking an Item will now show a Toast.
  • Added Humanoid enemy Tag.
  • Escape key can now contextually hide popups.
  • Tile Marking menu now includes options for 12, 13, and 15.
    • Options are added dynamically as each level requires them.
  • Tile Marking menu will now always be in frame.

Dungeons

  • Level 2:
    • Cyclops: 0->1
  • Level 3
    • Cyclops: 0->2
  • Level 4
    • Cyclops: 0->4

Enemy/Tiles

  • Added Cyclops: 12 power and obscures all tiles he faces. When he is collected, reveals those tiles instead.

  • Demon Knight is now also a Humanoid.
  • Gargoyle is now also a Humanoid.
  • Lover (F) and Lover (M) are now also a Humanoid.
  • Minotaur is now also a Humanoid.
  • Pied Pieper is now also a Humanoid.
  • Firefly is now also a Beast.

Items

  • Added Communications Degree: Humanoids give +1 XP.
  • Added Prayer Beads: Demons give +1XP.
  • Added Engagement Ring: Take -3 damage from Lover (F). Take +3 damage from Lover (M) 

Bugfixes

  • Fixed an issue with Novice Matchmaker displaying Ranger reward.
  • Fixed Mimic, it will now properly pretend to be a chest when first discovered.
